Isokinetic

Isokinetics is a method used in rehabilitation and training that allows, through special computerized equipment, to measure the force produced by a limb during a specific movement.

EXERCISES WITH ISOKINETIC EQUIPMEN

An isokinetic exercise is a muscle exercise performed at a constant angular velocity, along the entire range of motion. In practice, thanks to a hydraulic or robotic control mechanism, the set speed cannot be increased by the limb in motion, thus allowing the subject to greatly stimulate the muscle for the best part of the articular excursion.
